Abstract
Diagnostic large-volume CSF drainage should be considered in patients with progressive cognitive/behavioral and motor symptoms localizing to frontal lobes in the presence of MRI findings consistent with NPH (DESH, dorsal sulcal crowding). An FDG-PET-Based Machine Learning framework has shown promising results in distinguishing NPH from other causes of frontotemporal syndromes.
